How can I get the refund for my cancelled order?

You will be notified through the app and email if you have a refund. If you made the payment using your credit/debit card, Shopee would refund the payment back to your card. If you made the payment using bank transfer or decide to request a refund after you paid for cash on delivery order, you would need to fill in your bank account details to receive the refund in your bank account.
