How does Shopee resolve a dispute?

Upon receiving a dispute request, Shopee will investigate the dispute and attempt to come to a fair resolution. We require the buyer or the seller to submit relevant supporting documents listed here within a prescribed time limit. Shopee will try to complete the investigation within 5 days from the date the dispute is filed.
