Shopee has enabled in-app track and trace feature for selected non-integrated logistics providers, including Singapore Post, Taqbin, Qxpress etc. You can input the order's tracking number for selected logistics providers to enable in-app track and trace. Shopee app will update the logistics status for the order in both the seller and buyer’s order details page.
Note: Inputting the tracking number for non-integrated logistics is optional, and does not affect order completion or payment to you if buyers confirm the order has been received. You are encouraged to provide the tracking number which allows your buyers to track and trace their orders hassle-free.
Instructions on how to input tracking number for SingPost Registered Mail:
- In the order details page, go into an order under “To Ship”, click “SHIP”
- Input tracking number
- Click "SHIP"
- Tracking number is updated under "Logistics Information"




Instructions on how to enable track and trace if your order’s logistics method is “Shipping fee included” or “Other Shipping Provider”:
If you have not enabled any logistics provider, or the buyer selects Other Shipping Provider, you can choose from the drop-down menu the shipping provider you want to use for the order.
- In the order details page, go into an order under “To Ship”, click “SHIP”
- Click “Set Carrier” and select the logistics provider
- Input tracking number
- Click “SHIP”
- Tracking number is updated under “Logistics Information”
