How do I get my payment?

Payment made by the buyer will first go to Shopee Guarantee account. Once the buyer has confirmed that he/she has received the product or once Shopee Guarantee period ends, the payment will be released to your bank account. 

Add a bank account by going to Me > Seller Assistant > My Income and tapping on "Add Bank Account". Enter your password and fill in your bank account information.
